Teacher's Notes

This resource is suitable for KS2 history students studying medieval history or other interested learners. It allows students to look at a variety of sources from British Library manuscripts suggesting what life was like for medieval women. They are encouraged to look at the sources critically and consider how representative the sources are and also the question of bias.

These activities can be used for individuals or would also work in groups.
